煤炭勘察设计企业工程化的班组建设探讨

摘要: 文章指出深化煤炭勘察设计企业工程化建设,强化企业基础管理,必将成为煤炭勘察设计企业转型升级的内生动力。然后基于煤炭勘察设计企业现有发展管理模式,提出班组建设意义、目标、任务、环境、分类指导等问题,进行了分析论述,其内容既有共性化解决方案,也有基于管理模式不同的侧重方向,涵盖勘察设计、工程、生产、运营等专业化管理,具有一定的指导作用。

关键词: 勘察设计, 企业管理, 基础管理, 班组建设, 目标任务

Abstract: Deepening engineering construction in coal industry’s prospecting and design companies and strengthening foundational enterprise management are expected to become two major driving forces to promote upgrade and transformation within a given enterprise. Based on the current development and management models in coal prospecting and design companies, the article discusses the significance, objective, goal, context and categorization of team building. It not only proposes solutions that span different issues, but also differentiates among distinct management models. Covering specialized management areas such as prospecting design, engineering, production and execution, it sheds new light on enterprise administration.
